We’re really missing Indietracks this year and with Midland Railway only just starting to re-open after over a year of closure, we’re fundraising for them with three lovely new pieces of merchandise designed by Claire Goldthorp, our very talented resident artist. They’re on sale from 11am on Sunday 1 August on her website, so pop the date in your diary to make sure you don’t miss out.
- A4 square Sunset screenprint – Based on dancing at the festival from her reimagined logo, this print is made by a “split fountain” technique merging the inks on the screen until they blend into an ombre. This print comes mounted and printed on acid free paper and protected in a cellophane wrapper. Signed and dated by the artist. £12.50 with £5 of every print to Midland Railway Trust.
- Enamel pin badges! – Little fluffy steam clouds of joy with our Indietracks logo and brooch back. Each one comes fixed to a mini train print. £6 a badge with 75% of profit going directly to Midland Railway Trust.
- A3 steam train screenprint – And for those who missed out last year or wish they had a larger print, an A3 screenprint of the lovely train illustrations that sit either side of our main stage (only 50 available). This is a much larger screen print, each sheet hand printed in four layers of ink on acid free paper and signed and numbered by the artist. This will be sent flat with a card backer and cellophane wrapper in a heavy duty card envelope for protection. £30 with £10 of every print to Midland Railway Trust.
